- Added an Admin Portal dropdown on the homepage with:
  1. Super Admin Portal — Platform Owner
  2. Ordinary Admin Portal — School Administrator
- Super Administrator accounts can only enter the Super Admin Portal.
- Ordinary Administrator/Examiner accounts can only enter the Ordinary Admin Portal.
- Added role-specific administrator portal headings, descriptions and badges.
- Super Admin and Ordinary Admin portals retain the existing permission and
  school-isolation controls.
- The server validates the selected portal against the administrator's
  actual stored role.

WAEC CBT V19.1.1 FINAL PATCH

Fixed:
1. Candidate exam answer autosave was using the wrong session lookup parameters.
2. Autosave now validates both school_id and user_id correctly.
3. Exam submission is protected with error handling so database errors are returned as a readable message instead of a generic request failure.
4. Version updated to 19.1.1.


V19.3 QUESTION BANK + 50-QUESTION DEFAULT

- Added all 47 WASSCE subjects and a bundled WAEC-standard question bank (question_bank/*.json, 10,403 questions).
- Questions are loaded automatically for every school (and every new school) at start-up, without duplicates.
- Every examination now defaults to 50 random questions per attempt with shuffled questions and shuffled options
  (existing examinations that had no limit are upgraded once; admins can change it per exam).
- Question/option shuffling now uses an unbiased Fisher-Yates shuffle instead of sort(Math.random()).
- Candidates no longer see published examinations whose subject has no questions.
